Who we are
Jim Sheppard has for more than 25 years held senior financial positions with public and private companies in a wide variety of industries, including retailing, technology, manufacturing, food service, and transportation. Jim's experience includes senior executive responsibilities involving finance and planning, information technology, logistics, human resources management and training, and operations.
He currently is an adjunct professor in the Entrepreneurial Studies program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Sheppard graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a B. S. in Accounting and an MBA in Corporate Finance.

Coleman Sullivan has for the past 30 years advised leadership teams in a wide variety of industries, including retailing, sports management, banking, manufacturing, restaurants, and higher education. Coleman is a former senior vice president of Flagstar Companies, Inc. and Hardee's Food Systems, Inc.
Mr. Sullivan graduated from Boston College with a B. A. in English Literature and an MBA in Finance, and began his career as a reporter for The Boston Globe.
